MY Site needs help

Hiya, I'll have this site that i really need help on its a chat site i have been workin on it a while now and i have had no luck, I was think if any of you's could be soo kind as to join up and tell me how to make the chat site much better then it is you dont hav to be on all the time, all i am asking for if that anyone could be soo kind as to join to but what they think and how to but the site much better then it is, :confused: coz i have really been thinkin that i really need it up and running asap coz really been workin on it for a while and big my self a big break from it.. and i really need to chach up on things so if any of you could be so kind as to join and tell me i will love ya for life lol i mean it i really do i need as much help that i can get and if theres anything that u would like to say about the site otherwise then how to make it better please giv feekback within this post thanks so much for your time xx

Get VBulletin! I know it costs money but it will probably pay off and it will attract more users. I know I dont join forums unless they are VBulletin... :(

Add a portal to your forum, would be more practical and would look better. If your provider doesnt provide portals (like the one you see here in the main page) for their forums change to other free ones who do. I can recommend you some but in private. However VBulletin is the best you can have for a forum and you get photo galleries that you dont get with the free ones. the only thing you might not like is that you will have to host your site your self (meaning buy webspace and a server. )

However if you want to build a community site there are other software you can go with. Some are free and need to ork quite a lot to make the site as you want, some you pay and is already done but maybe not exactly what you might want.
