wouldlikemsucles - i use chocolate flavor Rego Recover drink after goin to the gym - great stuff to fix those aching limbs after a good session, plus it mixes up n tastes just like a Mcdonalds milkshake

For lunch I had a bowl of brown rice with asparagus, carrots, snap peas, shiitake mushrooms, water chestnuts and chicken...and a glass of Iced Tea. I eat brown rice almost every day for lunch and/or dinner...I just add different things with it every time..combinations are endless.

Been at a local music festival. OMG, one of the food stalls was selling samphire - never seen that before. Delicious. I'm finishing the day with a bowl of cherries.

id love a new dish to eat, anything unusual would be great, not fond of curry though, but spicy is good, mexican food is fantastic and also love fish dishes - need to find a new flavour while im on holiday from work

Food for today... Mum baked a lemon drizzle cake from Smurlos's recipe. Very scrumptious... And we had pasta at midday and home made soup this evening with and old lettuce heart, carrots, potatoes and fresh ginger... Very nice.
