Actually he did everything he could to avoid the question for years. I read that he wasn't out to his family for a long time so I didn't expect him to blurt out that he's gay on national television until he was out to everyone at home.

I read that he wasn't out to his family for a long time so I didn't expect him to blurt out that he's gay on national television until he was out to everyone at home.
