Questions on Shaving

I have always hated the way i look as my legs are really n grossly hairy every guy i look at seems to have near to hairless legs, i mean i dnt mind hair on guys legs (as long as it's not loads like mine) then i find it a lil bit attractive but not much. However i am not hairy on ma chest or back or even my arms so wtf lol. So i was just wondering wot other peeps thoughts were on the matter.

So would it be a good idea to shave or not....

I see nothing wrong with hairy legs ... but hairy MUSCULAR legs ... hairy CHICKEN legs don't do anything for me, so if you're unhappy with your legs' musculature, I'd suggest bulking THAT up and it'll make them look INCREDIBLY masculine.

I WOULDN'T shave if I had hairy legs, as the hair will just grow back at its full width (unless you wax - OUCH !!), so I'd just let nature run its course on that one mon ami ...

I agree with everyone, but in addition, if you are concerned about your leg hair then I recommend buying a hair trimmer. This way, you can keep the hair under control without going through the difficulty of shaving.

Yep... hair trimmers are good, they do a very neat work indeed. However id say dont do anything about it. Because the other boys are hairless like girls doesnt mean you have to be too hehe. You are a man, men usually are hairy. Unless you are a champion in swimming do not shave your legs. When you are a bit older you will see that most of the hair you have on your legs will become softer.

Not bothered at all about body hair but I absolutely HATE face shaving. Wish I didn't have to do it each day. What does waxing do to prevent hairy legs though BTW?

i once saw an advert for a hair removal machine which stopped ur hair growin back.... i considered it... but didnt cos i have to do pe n if the other guys saw they might be like y u shave ur legs?...

I don't see anything wrong with getting rid of leg hair lol. But that's probably because I do it all the time

But I probably wouldn't shave it to be honest. Waxing may be painful but it'll look a lot better in the end, cause I used to shave - and fair enough I'm really clumsy - but I tended to mark my legs a lot and they were left scratched, pink-ish and occaisionaly with little cuts.

You could also try hair-removal cream I suppose. I mean I think it's meant for women but I can't see a problem with a guy using it...

I shaved my legs once though i cant remember why. I think i thought that if there was less hair there, then i could run faster, because hair clearly slows you down. .. that wink is unusually suggestive.

I shaved a stripe down my leg, yesterday. On the side. lol I have blonde leg hair anyway and people always ask if I shave them, so I can finally say yes. Hah, I just love to see that, "Holy SHITE, really!?" look on their face! :D

I started to shave my whole body recently, I'd spend hours a week on it! Took long enough to do just my legs! And they'd always get itchy!

I think you should try it and see how you fare! Epilation is an effective *painful* hair removal method!

I'm not sure whether you guys have it there but here in SA,there's a line of hair removl products by a company called Veet.This one time I stole my Momsy's Veet and applied it everywhere (yep,EVERYWHERE ).The results were quick and I was smooth for weeks,the only problem was the stinking smell of Veet!So if you need a fast,painless but smelly solution,Veet is the product for you.

yes! we have veet might try that on my chest actually. its only a tiny bit that i have but id rather it was shmooove. Thanks for the tip, Dan

Veet's quite funny actually - they did some kinda progressive rebranding exercise with it (here at least) so for ages we had "Immac, soon to be known as Veet" bottles, and "Veet, formerly known as Immac" bottles, which I thought was WELL sweet .

I don't want to shave any of mine off. I don't have a major hair issue anyway, I have a bit on my chest that goes into a patch on my stomach but the rest of me is not overly hairy and if it is, it's blonde anyway.

If I had a hairy back, then maybe that would be an issue I'd need to ressolve

Ian has quite a lot of hair on his chest and stomach, BUT i think that it's reeeeeeeally cute and I love running my hands through it, but he is really conscious of it and wants to get rid of it. I'm like noooooooooo!!! hehe. I hope he doesn't get rid of it

i hav a hairy chest which i will wax as soon as i can be safe hiding it frm my parents
this waxing will include:
legs
back
arse
eyebrows (not gonna get the whole thing off tho, i hav okies eyebrows)
nd i will carry on having a clean shaven face
there is only 1 place i lyk hair, perhaps 2 on an off day
