$3 billion health care fraud case
the pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) was pushing through non-FDA approved drugs. the drug Paxil was used to treat depression in children even though it was not properly tested for it and caused some kids to become suicidal. GSK even bribed doctors to push through an untested drug to treat diabetes. its upsetting that they get away with paying 3 billion and no one goes to jail.
