Default Penis question *NSFW*

Hi all, just wondering if any of you could help me?

Basically I'm a 17 year old good looking bi lad, but I've never had full sex (with either gender) because of a problem with my penis...

I'm well hung (7" full stiffy) so it isnt that, but my foreskin overlaps my bellend massively when floppy. It does look a bit weird, but it's not that that bothers me.

Basically I don't do the 'normal' back and forth motion when masterbating, I kind of push my bellend deep down into my foreskin more. Although this has never been a problem in terms of excitement/how hard my dick gets/how much sperm i produce.

I can also urinate perfectly normally (which according to some of the research i've done suggests is usually a problem in the extreme cases that need treating).

I've researched it online and I believe my problem is called 'phimosis'. Apparently it should be treated with circumcision in the extreme cases.

Although I'm not sure if thats required just yet...

So basically I'd like some advice of anyone who knows anymore on the subject about what I should do..

Anyway, here are two pictures, one is me very floppy, and the other is me with a semi.

Let me know if you think there is a problem. And if so how should I take the first steps about being circumcised?

Thanks!

Hi,

I am a health care assistant, nothing special but it looks like overgrowth of foreskin.

I certainly would not say this is anything to be concerned about but if you feel it is a concern then go to your GP.

I can only think that sugery would be the option to remove the extra growth of skin at the tip of the penis.

I did take a look online and it does seem more than likely that it is 'phimosis', i would honestly suggest seeking advice from your GP who i am sure will direct you and do what is necessary.

EDIT:

[Only registered members can see links. ]

Scroll down and there is a section regarding treatment, althou i still think surgery is probably the way to go.

You probably already checked this as you said you done research online but thought i would mention it.

Thanks alot dude.

Since I've never had sex because of this (worried about not being able to do it/cum because normal back and fourth masterbation does nothing for me), I'm considering making a home made 'fleshlight' and trying that out tomorrow.

If that does nothing for me then I'll probably go to the GP.

BTW, as you are a health care assistant, are circumcisions with people my age common? And do they result in alot of pain? And how long does the process take and to heal?

Again, thanks alot, any info is greatly appreciated.

Also do you know how much a circumcision is likely to cost?

I'd rather not tell my parents if I could avoid it, but if it's going to cost a couple of hundred or more then I'll probably need to.

I presume I won't be able to get it on the NHS?

Hi,

I am not sure i'm afraid. I have never covered this aspect of care. I don't work for the NHS i work for a private agency and work in all other areas of care except Hospitals. The penis is obviously a very delicate area and there will certainly be complications, but with pioneering technology you are more likely to get a good result than anything going wrong.

What you tell your GP is private and confidential and cannot be disclosed to your parents without your consent. In Wales i imagine it is the same in England that from 13+ you can visit the GP alone.

Also treatment will vary and all i can honestly suggest is see your GP. You should get this on the NHS as it is a medical problem or more of a medical condition. To help be more successful tell your GP, you feel very low self esteem and embarrased and you won't have a relationship with anyone because of this condition.

Reason i say this as the NHS will very more likely fund treatment if a condition effects you phisically and mentally, now when i say mentally that does not mean your mental or anything of the sort, it simply means what i have said, that your not confident etc. I have undergone several operations and i had to basically tell my GP it effected me self esteem, made me feel down etc as i said, mine was completely different and nothing to do with your problem, i was not lying but it certainly helped.

I would also expect treatment privately to be in the 4 figure sum and not 3 figure sum.

Make an appointment with your GP, it is strictly private and confidential and your GP will be able to advise further and refer you to a specialist.

No problem

Like i said

Just explain your problem. Make sure you wear clean underwear and wash before you go as he will want to take a look, lol sorry you very doublty probably know that, but i have had to go down there many times in my line of work as it part of my job and a smelly penis or body is enough to make you want to be sick.

Tell him, you won't and never had a partner as you feel to embarrased and ashamed of your problem, your self-esteem is very low, it is making you feel very unconfident etc... i think you know what i mean.

Honestly they won't think you gone crazy or anything it just will help you.

Best of Luck,

also if you don't mind let us know what your GP said when you do visit him. Be interested to here what he had to say.

I have a bit of a problem...........

as much as I have great respect for general advice on this board......

I am getting increasingly concerned with the fact of level of conversation being quite graphic and now with this thread there has been a post with a pic of genitalia.

There is no age limit to this board yet I have seen 13 year old and upwards accessing this board.....

I have mentioned it to the oracle, but I feel now I have to escalate it as it could be quite detrimental in the long run.......

Please don't get me wrong any advice is good advice as long as it's regulated, but I haven't seen a MOD on here for ages

I understand what your saying.

I registered on this site and noticed allot of under 18's on here.

I was expecting 18+

ALthou i have no problem with it, i do fully understand your point, althou the OP is of legal age 17.

Anyone under the age of 16 is not legal age and it does concern me to an extent.

I mean i am not sure if i will stick around on here, i don't want to get into trouble with the law because i am chatting to someone under 16. It feels very uncomfortable.

I think moderation, restrictions should be placed.

My goodness... I dont know what the rules read but I think a mod pointed out last year that porn was not allowed on the site If I recall correctly someone posted an erotic pic and it was deemed permissible - maybe even art

I am guessing most the lads of any age joining here can look down and see just about the same thing that was pictured above

I also believe that, the last time I checked Pennsylvania law, it was not against the law to communicate with someone of a young age. I often speak to my nephew who is about 13.
