Hay Fever

Anyone like me out there a HAY FEVER sufferer? OK...i know there R many different remmedies available, but this HOT weather we're having can still play HAVOC with it.

i get hayfever, i get some tablets from doctors called Xyzal on box, the offcial name underneath is Levocetirizine dihydrockloride - wot a mouthful !!! and not in the good way . these are amazing for me, been using them for 3rd time this season, i think its a case of getting the tablets that work best for u

Surely it's not so much the heat as the pollen released in the air (or maybe the pollution) that is the cause of hayfever. Anyway, hope you find the right thing to make you feel better. Have you tried desensitisation?
