13 Reasons Why the thread

I finished watching the series a week ago, and loved it. Maybe love isn't exactly the best word to use, but I think it's understood. I completely bawled my eyes out. So I wanted to make a little thread for people to talk about it on here. Just start off with first thoughts after finishing it. I thought the story itself was 100% realistic, the dialogue not so much but that didn't bother me too much. Many people thought this glorified suicide, but after viewing I really think this is a complete misinterpretation.

I haven't seen this series yet, but my students have told me about it. I think you may be right that it is not so much a glorification of suicide as it may be a way of explaining why people do it, or how depression can lead a person to it.... but then I don't know. Do you think this meets the mark?
