Why are white boxer briefs impossible to find in stores?

Hanes has white boxer briefs. They even have them in the comfort waistband (no seams to irritate the skin, yeah?) You can find them at Walmart. I know because although I don't wear white (or prints) the white packages are always in the way of me finding the gray/black/dark colored ones I'm looking for.

All they had were small and XXL in clearance. Trust me, I checked all the local places, Target, Kohls, Walmart. That's pretty much it.

Really? I have to struggle NOT to find white underwear of any kind. Seriously, I have to even bother store staff so they can find me boxerbriefs and I quote myself "I'd even buy neon pink if that's all you have, just find me stuff other than white!"
