Daily exercises, atleast work at twice a day. Maybe an early run in the morning. and a late night bike ride.

Also sit up's are a great way to burn fat. You will feel the effects if you do too much of it like stomach cramping and burning but that's just getting use to. Make sure to eat healthy. Apples, Pairs, Bananas, Etc. If you have a blender make a healthy smoothie. And stay away from anything junky. Smile Hope it helped.

Christmas is a one time a year thingy that entitles everybody to enjoy themselves.
It's one day.. tuck in, eat loads, and sleep!!

1 day wont hurt Wink

You jat have to be careful not to let one day of indulgence break your habits.
One day of overeating won't directly do you any harm but make sure not to take any leftovers or be tempted to give up dieting.
So you just have to be on your toes the day after.

Diets suck. No they don't just suck, most of them can kill you.

Just saying.

A life style change is what is needed to take off weight and keep weight off. If you are not just on a diet, but have made positive changes in your diet for life, then one holiday will not ruin your diet.

Besides which, humans, especially the ones from northern countries, have adapted a bit to that thing called seasons, gaining weight in fall and winter and losing it for spring and summer is actually a good way to survive.

And because I'm mean and all, you need an English tutor - badly.

I wouldn't worry about putting on any weight during Christmas, with your current weight loss I doubt that there will be much (if any) weight put on from the day.

4 stone in a year is pretty impressive, keep up the good work. Smile

This song pretty much sums up food/weight & the holiday season...LOL

Bob Rivers
It's The Most Fattening Time Of The Year

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It’s the most fattening time of the year
With that pumpkin pie filling
and everyone swilling down eggnog and beer
It’s the most fattening time of the year

It’s the lip smackingest season of all
while your shopping you’re cheating
impulsively eating that junk at the mall

It’s the heav-heaviest season of all

There’ll be turkeys for basting
and stuffing for tasting
and giblets and gravy will flow
there’ll be cookies that mom baked
and leftover fruit cake from a christmas a long time ago

it’s the scale flattening time of the year
while your diet you’re blowing
there’s calories going straight down to your rear
it’s the scale flattening time of the year

there’ll be after meal dosing
and arteries closing
cholesterol levels will grow
it’s too cold to go jogging
to brisk for tobogganing
so pass me a hot butterball

It’s the most fattening time of the year

All those gingerbread shingles and
chocolate Chris Kringle’s will tremble in fear

It’s the most fattening time,
It’s the belt loosening time,
It’s the most fattening time of the year

Hi, Joseph.
That's great about the 4 stone!

Maybe tell your mother when you get to her house to be impressed with your weight lost and to help you to not over eat. I'm sure she would be happy and proud to help you.

But it is also good to give yourself a reward and enjoy some of the special things she is cooking for you.

Have a wonderful Christmas, Magic Joseph! Confusedmile:
