Coming out to parents
#1
I am a lesbian, and do not know how to come out to my parents about my sexuality it is hard for me to talk to them about it. I do not know if they will judge me. But they need to accept it if they are.

Yeah your right. I am just trying to figure out how to break it to them slowly without them being disappointed in me.

If and when you decide that you have to come out to them, pick a time as free from stress as possible, when they will have some time for it to sink in before having to go do something else that's important.

I get what was said about how they should probably know already anyway, but seriously some people aren't obvious and some people are slow on the uptake. Those close to you "usually" assume you're straight until they have some real evidence to the contrary. Yes it's going to come out eventually, it's not something you can hide forever even if you wanted to, but I tend to think it's better to do it on your terms.
