Don't Tempt God's Wrath With Your Vote
#1
Because God will remember how you vote in 2012.

I wish what many people like to say about Christians like this being in a minority were true (despite how this so-called "minority" tend to gain the majority vote, politicians cater to them because they know it's good for their careers, and it's very profitable to aim media at them, in fact I wish someone would do a comparison between the profits of porn and Christianity in America and I bet it would be close...and I also bet those who contribute to the profits of one also contribute to the profits of the other), but the truth is too ugly. Ads like this is what got Prop 8 passed, and a friend of mine who voted against Prop 8 told me she felt ill afterwards, like she could feel God's Terrible Disappointment in her for voting against Prop 8.

Ads like this work. At times like this I wish we lived in an atheistic or agnostic nation (ok, ok, neopagan would probably be fun while avoiding most crap like this...)

If voting were compulsary the results of elections would be vastly different.

The rewards for voting are the religious minority become the voting majority and the politicians go weak at the knees to cater for their every need.

Religion and politics are different things? ***cough*** bullshit ***cough****

lol... values that will stand the test of fire?

So a woman's right to choose and gay people having the same rights as any other tax-paying, law-abiding citizen equates to a wrath of fire aka hell aka the devil? Interesting.....

I like fire... it burns sooo good Firedevil

I'd have thought that equality was a fairly Christian value, that stands the test of fire... What do you think?

Yes please and do not stop there , insist that the Vatican sell or give back all of the riches they accumulated from WWII or sell it all ,and give over the money to feed the poor.

Both the clergy and politicians need to rule out of love and get paid a pittance for it.

I am a Christian, and they are a minority.

They have big bucks and have rounded up their members and have utilized religion as a way to turn a prophet, erm profit.

They only appear big because they are mostly in positions of leadership within their church going community.

The majority of Christians are pretty much just like you, they want nothing but peace and quiet and are way to busy taking care of kids, working, struggling to put the next meal on the table to have a say in politics and what not.
