I too passed a mile stone today; an end of an era for me
I am the last in my family, out lived them all at 57! Today marks the day I officially sold my boy hood home in NY, the closing was 11am est. I had it rented for a few years. The good news is the new owners seem nice, i dont think the house will mind good luck to you, and to us all.
