50 shades of grey isn't erotica

it's glorified fan fiction that needs to go far , far away...

I'm glad I wasn't the only person to think that it needed to go away after reading that trash.

No big deal, if he wants to read/watch porn that's totally cool with me.

As long as I'm allowed too as well.

Gotta keep that relationship equal. :3 (besides who doesn't enjoy a good fantasy every now and then?)

I would buy erotica or porn for my partner if it was something they enjoyed.

Yes, I've actully heard that too. Which is another reason it should burn

Funny story about the books though. I was working retail at the time and we had them on display at the end of some registers. A woman and (I assume) her daughter (Who had to have been tweenish) walk up and while they're standing in line at my register the girl opens one of the books in the series (No idea which) to a random page. She asks the woman "What's this word mean". The woman looks down at the book and says "I'm not answering that" I at this point chime in with the helpful advice that the books are not for kids. (Coworkers had joked they're the only books we carried that should have a rating warning. I wish I knew what the word was. I tried opening it to a random page and I believe I got a boring conversation about like, tractors or something. I was disappointed.

rmf Wrote:Hey everyone question for you all... What are your thoughts on your partner (if you have one) reading erotica?

sometimes I wonder if your questions are asked just because you are curious or because you want to hear an assurance that it is all right to forbid your fiancé doing those things.
If the latter is the case, consider the cage mentioned by Bowyn Aerrow.
