Food and Sex
#1
Are there any tips such as when to eat or what to eat, to avoid embarrassing issues during sex?
For example, will spicy foods, eaten earlier in the day, lead to burning during anal sex?

Is there a rule of thumb for how long before having sex you should eat?

Are there foods that improve the taste of cum, or make it worse?
I actually like the taste, now.

Maybe someone could create a list of foods to avoid and foods to embrace.

Id say avoid the vindaloo and unless you have the digestive system of a T Rex i dont think you have anything to worry about if you just ate since the average person takes at least 75 hours to digest. Unless its pure laxative!! :p

I've heard that brassicas make sperm taste more bitter. Could that be an old wive's tale?

Proven fact over an almost four month trial. Diets high in fruits and vegetables mostly fruits and fruit juices and low in red meats and pork. Makes ejaculate taste more salty rather then bitter.
