You post youtube videos by doing this: [ YOUTUBE ] everything after 'v=' in the youtube address [ /YOUTUBE ] (without the spaces) eg: for this video You'd type [ YOUTUBE ] jYpcFHtxm60 [ /YOUTUBE ] (except without spaces)
