Google Plus outed me to my mom...

That is kind of creepy, don't you think? It sounds like you need to have boundaries with her. So what if you watch violent movies, you are a man. Imagine what would happen if she saw what you jack off to. Would she call you up because she was concerned you were watching bareback porn?

Are you by any chance the baby in the family or an only child?

I'm the youngest in my family, yes. And my mother's always been like that. She just doesn't like violence and doesn't understand the appeal in violence, unless the person watching has some kind of issues or is deep down a violent person. I've tried explaining to her on multiple occasions that just because I watch something violent or play a violent video game does not mean I'm a violent person and does not mean it'll make me do something bad. But even so, it still bothers her. What's more frustrating is that I'm not even all that attracted to ultra violent stuff. Like, I'm not interested in games like GTA or Mortal Kombat, and that one controversial game Hatred just looks gross... I prefer humor and cartoon violence. The majority of games I play are from Nintendo for God's sake. She worries way too much... :/

You got Outed+ :/

Glad it worked out though. I avoid commenting on anything controversial on YT because I saw there was a link back to G+ too and I wasn't sure I could stop that. I think they want to add some level of accountability or less anonymous-ness because the trolling is out of control. I agree that a second account is a good option. You can use a different browser if you want to stay logged in to both accounts.

I feel like every time I get a new mobile phone now, it starts immediately trying to (literally) fuck the Internet, sharing everything it can. It's so annoying.

Luckily, for future reference, there are privacy settings for google+.

Usually, when I post a comment on Youtube, it gives me an option between sharing it publicy on Google+ or keeping it visible only to the Youtube comment section.

Glad that outing had a happy ending.

That's why I keep my mom in the dark regarding how facebook and google work. She's computerly iliiterate and that helps a lot. When I'm on facebook and she enters my room, I open a new tab with something else, so that she doesn't see all of my activity on gay groups and/or pages on facebook.

Altough one time she suspected I might have "switched sides" as she put it. She said "You've put that YOHIO guy everywhere - on your desktop, he smiles from the screen of your phone, your phone sings a song of his when ringing, he's on your clothes, you wanted to put him on the walls in your room... Have you become gay?". Fortunately she's naive and I told her that this means nothing. Every music fan all around the world puts their idols everywhere they can but that doesn't make them gays or lesbians and she took my word for it. I wished I could explain her sexuality is not a choice but for that I would have to tell her the other thing and I'm not quite ready to do that. So I even unfriended all people who could tell her. Like the daughter of my mom's best friend. That chick's kinda hot but there was a chance she could call my mom and tell her, so I couldn't risk it. Now the whole world knows, so to speak, except for my mother.

The unsettling suspicion of a mother's love.
Moms might not reveal they play detective from time to time...but they do.

I was going to tell you to tell her to fuck off when I first saw this. I wouldn't do it myself, I'm not foulmouthed. But then I thought better of it, since she'd probably just think those violent films are a bad influence on you.

I see that @yousir is gone. I feel like I should howl at the moon, tonight. I liked his statty stick thread.
