Well if we claim it as art it just doesn't stop there. There's nude body painting,Videos, nude interpretive dancing. Even modeling.... Anything can be called art and still be art
You're right, and it's all on here, if you have a careful look.

See this my point, Having an area with nudity and adult things all in one place together can work for both sides. It doesn't all have to be pornos and what dick looks biggest. I dont get the reason why most of you guys are so tightly anal about it, Its not like gs is turning into grinder or flashing porn ads on the sides. Just having a simple area to the side where you can post it and not having it flood the main page
I am the angles that hold and surround you

So in fact, you're the prude that wants it 'off' the main page? Why? Is it not tame enough? Note that I think about everything I post carefully before I do. But I may be pushing the boundaries a bit... Which is also what art tends to do. Porn has only your getting off as a purpose. Art has other purposes, to my mind.

I'm sensing that you think it's not its place, the fact is the threads are quite well labelled.' The bulge', 'stud of the day', 'tattoo lovers', 'nice butt'. What do people expect to see in those threads? Maybe we should label those threads with the added word of caution ((semi-)naked pictures) ... I don't know.

It would attract many sex-oriented people to join GS: many porns, naked selfie, casual sex requests. I quit if it happens.

The internet (and my internet history) is full of sites like that. But there's only one gayspeak.com

Besides this place needs to be under 18 friendly. Gay kids need advice too.

Also let's not forget that this site selflessly owned and operated by one man and in a purely technical sense we are all his guests here. So unless Andy approves this conversation is completely academic.

This is something along the lines of what I was thinking as well. The internet is full of naked dicks and x-rated content. So much so that it has become mundane. Everybody is offering up their dick pics and the measurements of their member publicly.

While I have nothing against naked men (far far from it), I do feel that it would be kind of redundant to have x-rated content added here.

I'm not for or against. The idea just doesn't move me. So we'll have another place to see naked cocks and pics of intercourse? That'll make it million and a one, then.

The difference between art and porn is the attitude you hold when you view those pics.
The photos in 'The bulge' maybe is a little bit sexual, I guess people also admire them not in a sexual way e.g looking how beautiful his body shape is. If there is a18+ naked, penis pic... people just go to jerk off because their load mind is dominant.

I don't feel that this is an argument. At all. In any of the four dimensions. Images of naked cocks can be and are art -- and high art at that -- and I can give you a couple of hundred examples at least (look up George Platt Lynes, Robert Mapplethorpe, the Ritter brothers, Jeff Palmer).

The fact that an image doesn't show a naked penis, doesn't mean its effect is non-sexual. In fact, some of the clothed images can be more erotic and sexually arousing than views of a naked penis. A man can get hard looking at an image of another male who is fully clothed. Should we ban all images of males then?

And it's not just images either. There have been threads on here with not a single image of a male reproduced, but what is talked about is something that gets you hard. Ban such talk then too?

Is that something to avoid anyway? That men get hard and relieve themselves? The answer is, no. I am categorically against any such implications. And while I don't see much point in having x-rated content on gayspeak either, I refute such notions that erotically and sexually charged content is ''bad'' content or something that doesn't belong on the site. Wrong.

Personally, I like the thought of all those hard members here.

I'll clean up before it even becomes a mess...I LIKE TO.....Adults Only
