Kim Possible. Because other than the luck that comes with having the last name "possible" ("Anything's possible for a possible!" Bad luck sometimes as she was told this as a 5-year-old entering kindergarten when dastardly villains from the future traveled back in time to destroy her on her first day there so she couldn't grow up to ruin their plans for world domination ), she has no superpowers...at least not most of the time. She's so awesome she doesn't need them, and even without them she defeats those that do. Two of my favorite eps where she does exactly that:

Peter Petrelli from Heroes, duh lol.

He has Empathic Mimicry, which allows him to take on the abilities and powers of others as his own and replicate them based on the state of his emotions. Basically he's an exagerrated Empath lol.

Sylar is his opposite, who has Inuitive Aptitude, which allows him to figure out how things work and has a "hunger" to do so, which leads him to steal peoples powers, usually killing them in the process.

... Yes, I do love Heroes :p and if I developed Superpowers or enhanced abilities, it would most likely be Peter's I feel.
