Is sex really a necessity?

Well I'm sorry but I cannot sleep with just any guy. I must love the other person to go to bed with him. That's how I am. Maybe it's different for you.

I had sex with my ex boyfriend and had no problems with it.

It seems like you and Virge are butting heads about definitions.

Technically, Virge is right. If you are monogomous, you are having sex with just one person, in a commited relationship.

At the moment you are not in a relationship and not having sex, so you are not monogomous, you are celibate.

Regarding sleeping with just any guy, if you are not comfortable with that, that's not a problem. I'm the same way. However, when I do feel the need for release, I'm able to masturbate without hesitation. LOL

You sound like your sex drive has ground to a hault. You may need to see a doctor.

sex is needed whenever you're feeling lustful. with that, how strong is your libido.

I've been known to go through dry spells that eventually led onto a drought.

conversely, there were also times when I've had so much sex, that I'm pretty much sexed out...
