Are you drinking enough water? The more dehydrated you are, the more sore you will be after any form of exercising.

Also, if you get a massage, make sure that you drink a LOT of water directly afterward. The act of massaging the muscles releases toxins that the muscles are holding onto, these toxins are often what cause soreness. Once these toxins are released, they need to be flushed out of the body or they will re-settle back into the muscles again.
