Hey, its been okay. My health hasnt been great but Im on a the mand now, Crash my car last month though lol but its all fixed now.
Ive done started doing voluntary work for a charity that deals with people mental health problems, my role is to just listen and talk to them, also looking at doing work for the samaritans as a listener which Im going for training on the 9th so should be interesting. Hows things with you then mate?

Yikes hopefully no one got hurt. Glad you're on the upswing health-wise...and good on ya for the volunteer work.
Things are good with me. Got a good job and a some some good LPs.
