Nick can't just evolve from 9 to 10 silly. I do believe you need to get ya self a moon stone for that. As for Chas-mander, he can evolve in to chas-meleon at level 16. Playing it right, he may be able to evolve into a Chas-rizard.

Nick left a few days ago I think. I hadn't noticed Chas leaving, but I talk to him on skype more than I do on here anyway. Which sadly isn't that often since we rarely seem to be on at the same time lately. :c
