Pains
#1
OK Since I was about 13 or 14 when wanking but only when I actually cum, I've been getting sharp uncomfortable pains just underneath my ribs sometimes to the right, sometimes to the left, sometimes on both sides of my belly button. Sometimes the pain is just above my penis i.e. where my bladder is. So it appears to be the whole area affect. More frequently, this is accompanied by a pain in my anus that feels like someone stabbing me with needles. I was once with a guy who pushed on something just under my ball sack and when I yelped he said it was odd and that should not hurt, but should be pleasurable...

Very very occasionally too I get the same pain in my side as the pain I get when I cum (this doesnt happen everytime I cum... in fact it doesn't ever happen when someone else does the wanking...) just randomly.

Also if I don't cum for 3 days in a row or more, when I do eventually cum next, it feels weird and is a lot thicker than usual and parts of it look like jelly (lol). I've spoken to someone about this before and he said it was consistency which changes dependant on temeprature, how hydrated your body is etc. etc. but I only find it affected after 3 days of not cumming.

Just wondering if anyone out there maybe knows anything that could help or a more structured way of explaining these problems to a GP? lol. I've looked it all up on the internet and no one seems to have heard of anything like that, so I feel like a freak of nature.

I've made this anonymous... coz like most people, I get a bit worried people will think I'm a freak or something... and coz it makes me uncomfortable, people being able to think "omg that's the one with the weeeeeeeird disease!!!" lol.

I forgot to mention as well, that I am now in my early 20s, so it's been going on for about 7 or 8 years now... so I don't think it's something life threatening... more like a nuisance.

First of all the consistency of your cum changes as you say. It is normal for it to be thicker as you describe after a bit of a lay-off.

However, pain of any kind is a message from your body. If it worries you, see a doctor. The fact that you don't get the pain when someone else is doing the hard work suggests to me that it may not be connected with masturbating, but I'm not a medical practitioner of any kind so I don't know anything! Even if only to put your mind at rest you should get some expert advice. Don't worry about what words to use, most doctors are pretty good at decoding what inarticulate men are trying to say Wink

Hope you can get sorted soon.

Marsh is right about the cum thing. Most porn studios demand their actors refrain from cumming for three days so they get that big thick shot.

Marsh is also right about pain. Sometimes I get a sharp pain in my anus also. It is very rare and kinda like a spasm which goes away very quickly. I dont think this would explain other pains you describe.

Do you get these pains only when masturbating?

I would also follow Marsh in his suggestion that you follow up with your doc. Even if it turns out to be nothing at least you will go away less stressed. I think you wrote a good description here. When I visit my docs I write notes & suggest you do the same. Just make notes of what you wrote here.

good luck
