Big Bang Theory is one of my favourites at the moment, I get a good chuckle out of that, generally, although I've also enjoyed Two and a Half Men (& if you consider Shamemess to be comedic, then, Shameless (US version) which can be shockingly candid -- and pretty rude).
Catherine Tate and Little Britain. Bittersweet funny-ish is Alive in Tucson. Casual is also pleasantly quirky but not laugh-out-loud funny.
