Ok ok I'm kidding - the boys are all right - you deserve the respect for all your hard-work, and yes, sometimes you have to demand it - these two bozo's would appear to not appreciate their position vis-Ã -vis yours, so perhaps it's time they were knocked down a peg or two ...
... it's work - therefore it is a professional environment, and you are perfectly entitled to be treated as a professional ought.
