Racking my brains over a Pia Zadora song from "back when"

Ive been researching and racking my brains out trying to find the song/video that Pia Zadora did in the early 80's.

I saw the video at a bar and really liked the song. But looking over the internet for years, I have yet to come across it.

All I remember is that in the video Pia was on a lounging bed/couch dressed in white flowing material in some sort of romanesque architecture.
I dont remember the tune of the song and I dont remember the name. This part of the video is all I remember.

Would anybody know what Im talking about???


And no, its not the one she did with Jermaine Jackson.
