Davis isn't in jail because of standing up for her faith. she's in jail because she failed to fulfill her legal obligations and interfered with other people's lives where she had no right to. she abused her legal privileges in the process. not sure if she should be in jail or somehow relieved of her duties, but i'm not gonna feel sorry for her.
