I found few decent guys on Zoosk and Speedating.com umm also POF.com but I avoid Grinder and Adam4Adam like the Plague LOL nothing good ever comes from the last two i mentioned, Its not easy because lately everything is all about toned bodies, muscles, nobody ever seeks personality or chemistry is bit ridiculous, some gays can be really superficial.
