A man goes to see the Rabbi. âRabbi, something terrible is happening and I have to talk to you about it.â
The Rabbi asked, âWhatâs wrong?â
The man replied, âMy wife is going to poison me.â
The Rabbi, very surprised by this, asks, âHow can that be?â
The man then pleads, âIâm telling you, Iâm certain sheâs going to poison me. What should I do?â
The Rabbi then offers, âTell you what. Let me talk to her, Iâll see what I can find out and Iâll let you know.â
A week later the Rabbi calls the man.
He says, âI spoke to your wife on the phone for three hours. You want my
advice?â
The man said, âYesâ and the Rabbi replied, âTake the poison.â
