I'd choose these:

1. The Exorcist Cooldevil

2. Carrie (the original)

3. Halloween

4. Psycho

5. A Nightmare on Elm Street

Cool, horror does go well with the season.
My top five, since I'm a Burton fan, would have to be these:
1. Nightmare before Christmas
2. Corpse Bride
3. Beetleguise
4. Sleepy Hollow
5. Interview with a Vampire
The last one is almost a tradition for me.

I dont know as for movies, but watch all three seasons of Lost Tapes. Not overly scary, but still has the fear factor

Not much of a "horror" person, but I do tend to hold a group movie-fest every Halloween.
Random every year, but here are 5 of the more recurrent films...

Blair Witch Project
Interview With a Vampire
Warlock <- first horror film I ever saw... at like 6 years old xD
Monsters Vs. Aliens
Shriek If You Know What I Did Last Friday 13th

And, of course, we always have a marathon of all the Halloween-related Buffy episodes :3

Hmm.

1. The Birds (it freaks me out but in a nice way) the singing children Annoy me, but in a pleasant way.

2. Frankenstein/Bride of Frankenstein - any of the older ones of these genre.

3. Godzilla Vs - well everything and anything - yeah they are cheesy, but fun.

4. Wolfman/Wearwolf movies - just about any.

5. Then there is that educational video about how to run a motel - I just can't recall the name of it... At this time my signature may be a clue....
