2 eggs, sunny side up, 2 English muffins (toasted) with a little bit of real butter spread on them, 2 sausage patties, and 2 slices of cheese, and a tall glass of 2% milk on the side. Takes about 5 minutes to cook and put together. Looks suspiciously like an egg McMuffin, but much more inexpensive, and I don't have to get up early to get it. The only reason it beat out pancakes is it is much more quick and easy to make.
