Whole Foods house brand shampoo and shower gel do not contain SLS and are also comparatively cheap. I use them both, sparingly... you really don't need that much. It was weird getting used to the lack of suds, but I think that is just psychological. I have no problems with breaking out and my barber raves about how healthy my hair is.

Have to be very careful what soap (if any) you use when showering outdoors!
