RECIPE FOR FAT-BURNER SOUP

6 big onions 6 skinned tomatoes
2 green (bell) peppers 1 medium sized cabbage
1 celery plant in stalks 1 small cube of stock (can be chicken or vegetable stock)
18.2 Kcalories for 100 g of soup.

You can add, if you so wish, salt, curry, or a garlic paste.

Chop up all the vegetables finely and put them in a big saucepan with water. Boil the whole mixture at high temperature for 10 minutes then leave to simmer on a low flame until all the vegetables are cooked.

You can eat this soup any time you feel hungry. The more soup you eat, the more weight you'll manage to lose.

NOTE: This diet was originally devised for patients suffering from heart disease who were waiting for an operation and who needed to lose weight quickly but without putting their lives at risk The diet was carefully thought out by the Cardiology Department of the Sacred Heart Memorial Hospital in Barcelona, Spain.

The secret of this diet is based on the fact that you are using up more calories than you are ingesting. It will clean you out of the impurities and toxins and you'll be feeling much better.

However, during this diet you'll have to avoid consuming certain foods or drinks:

* No alcoholic beverages since alcohol interferes directly with getting rid of excess fat. If you consume any spirits, then you'll have to wait another 24 hours before effectively starting the diet again.

* Carbonated drinks are forbidden (sodas), even diet sodas or "lite" sodas. only drink water, tea, coffee without sugar, as well as natural fruit juices (fresh fruit) and skimmed milk.

* Of course any fried foods are forbidden too, during the diet as well as bread and all the other products that include flour, sugar or a sugar substitute.

* In this diet, when we talk about meat it can only mean red meat, or chicken without the skin, or fish.

According to the designers of this diet, you can lose up to 7 kilos (a stone, I think) in one week if you follow the diet strictly. When you reach the third day, you'll start feeling very energetic. This feeling may vary, of course, depending on each person's metabolism. After having followed this diet for a few days, have some bran to clean out your digestive tract.

This diet is in no contradiction with any medication. Keep the diet going as long as you need to. You'll feel better, more relaxed, and you ought to be able to see a difference in your physique.

FAST SLIMMING PLAN
7 DAYS OF FAT-BURNER SOUP

It goes without saying that "fat-burner" soup is the basic stock of your daily meals.

1st day:
Only the soup and fresh fruit, except bananas. For instance, watermelon or melon are suggested as they are fruit with few calories in them. Remember to drink only fresh fruit juices, as well as tea or coffee without sugar.

LOTS OF WATER !!!

2nd day:
Only fresh or tinned vegetables, steamed or raw. Don't add butter or any oil on the vegetables. Try to eat these vegetables with green leaves (lettuce). Eat these vegetables as well as the soup, of course.
This evening, you may have a big baked potato with a little bit of butter (be reasonable) or a bit of olive oil if you feel like it.
On the second day, don't have any fruit or fruit juice, at all.

3rd day:
Today is a mixture of the first two days. All day you'll eat fuit and vegetables, except bananas. In the evening you may NOT have the baked potato. Of course, the fat-burner soup is on the menu...

RESULTS AFTER THE 3RD DAY.

If you've followed the diet without cheating, you should have lost between 5 and 7 pounds.

4th day:
Eat only fat-burner soup, bananas, and drink skimmed milk. (3 bananas and 2 glasses of skimmed milk a day), and as much water as you can drink. Today's bananas will help you to resist the temptation of sugary foods (candy, sweets, chocolate and biscuits or cakes).

5th day:
Today you'll eat up to 500 g (1 pound) of meat, without any fat, or chicken without the skin, and 5 tomatoes. You need to drink between 5 and 8 glasses of water today to eliminate the uric acid that the meat produces. Don't forget to go on with the fat-burner soup, at least once a day…

6th day:
Today you'll eat vegetables and meat (or chicken or fish). Eat as much as you like, until you are no longer feeling hungry. You can eat meat (or chicken or fish) for all your meals. Eat as much leafy green vegetables (lettuce) with the meat, NO potatoes, and the fat-burner soup at least once a day.

7th day:
To finish off the week, you'll eat whole grain rice. Eat vegetables and drink fresh fruit juices. Eat some of the soup at least once during the day. It's absolutely necessary.

RESULTS AFTER THE 7TH DAT.

By the end of the week, if you didn't cheat, you ought to have lost somewhere between 15 pounds and 17 pounds. If you've lost more weight than that, don't start the diet again straight away. Rest for a couple of days (while still being careful of what you eat) and then you can start a new cycle…

DON'T FORGET TO DRINK WATER !!!

You can follow this diet frequently, because it enables your body, if you stick to it strictly, to feel better health-wise and it should also be a moral boost.

I think there would be a lot more aspects that would come into consideration...

I would, growing up being not the best looking guy in the place you don't really care. Also, I would MUCH rather do a guy with a great personality than one with a hard stomach. Looks don't mean anything. :| Everyone's human.

But I am not saying "Oh, the 1600 pound man! Nice!" , as long as they don't look like they need extra-large door ways then it's fine.

It depends on two Factors:
1) How fat?
2) whats his personality like?
If he passes both then sure, why not?

I got a weight question.
Is there a good way of getting exasise, without leaving the house?

There are a zillion things to do around the house to exercise... picking up your feet and walking around is just one thing. I did many things in a tiny dorm room - it just takes an effort like any exercise.

You dont even need special equipment. You can use heavy books or tie up cans in bags for weights... I am sure there are sites out there dedicated to home exercise - best of luck Wavey

The bigger the hammer, the harder the nail goes in (just a quote I once heard in relation to larger men)

Of course it would depend on just how big they are but I would.
I'm no waif myself at 5'11" and 14.5 stone, all beer and lack of exercise. (I just call it the rugby build).

princealbertofb's diet looks good, a bit like the cabbage soup diet my father was on, he lost 2 stone on it but had the worst wind ever:eek: .

I would try anything to lose a little weight as it's not good for the heart as my father descoverd after two heart attacks but my big problem is the booze. I drink 2-3 nights a week, not going out and socialising would just bore me so I try to drink lower calorie alcohol like wine and spirits as apose to beer or lager.
I started cycling again a few weeks ago so with a bit of luck the excess tyre around the waist should start to shrink.

I personally prefer people with a little bit of meat versus skinny people but it all depends on their personality and such!! By my side tho, I would never date a too much fat person, while it may be childish, I need also to like that person physically.
