Your ex is your boyfriend boss
#1
Hi guys how are you ?

Can you advise when you find out that your ex boyfriend is actually your boyfriend boss
What can you do?
Will you tell your boyfriend ?
Will you go and meet your ex boyfriend?

It's probably best to just shrug it off. Personally, I'd tell my boyfriend, but not make a big deal about it. Mentioning it to him in a blasé, laid back way like "it's a small world, your boss is someone I used to see ages ago". Definitely avoid telling him in a dramatic, stressed or affected way. There's no need.

Do you really need to see your ex boyfriend?

I'd say from all the problems you're currently experiencing with your boyfriend, the last thing you should do is go see the ex.

Respect your CURRENT partner. Talk to him!!!! I cannot stress this enough, and by now have said it enough that I won't be saying it again - you need to talk to your boyfriend.

Yeah you need to tell him gently.

I would say keep it to yourself and take it to your grave. But unfortunately your ex has no reason to do the same. You can't risk your BF finding out from your ex-bf, that would be bad.

If your boyfriend suffered from negative treatment as a result of your past relationship then your boyfriend would have grounds to take action. Does your ex run the company, or just a departmental manager? Either way, work is work, personal life is separate and your ex is your EX. If he is professional then nothing should change.

My ex would never be my boyfriends boss, he isn't clever enough to learn the industry my boyfriend works in.

In your situation, your boyfriend could deal with your ex easily as he cannot discriminate against your boyfriend for this. As you're in the UK its just as simple as making an informal complaint and then taking it further to ACAS if nothing changes. Victimisation in the workplace is against the law and could cause repercussions for both your ex and the company. Just get your boyfriend to keep notes with dates and times for everything that happens due to the issue of his boss being your ex, this can be used as evidence should anything happen.
