We, sadly, had our own Matthew Shepherd here in my country in 2012. At least a full anti-discrimination law was passed on account of that.

I am so sorry to hear about that. It must have been really hard for your country. I don't know why people haven't accepted homosexuality yet. It is not like it is Rocket Science. People need to be more open-minded to different things.
