How to start a conversation with a stranger?

Hello,

So it is Thursday morning over here and right now I am going to school, and today I had set myself the goal of talking to that one guy who I had noticed recently at my high school. He seems really cute and by the few things I know about him, I can conclude that he is a really nice person. The problem however is that we do not have any activities or classes together, we don't know each other and we don't have any common friends, so if I am to talk to him, I will be without any background or reason why I approach him, and I fear that that is a bit creepy. But I really want to talk to him and ask him out tomorrow to the new James Bond movie, so can you please give me an advice on how to approach him and what to say without sounding like a creep and scaring him, which will be really bad
