People allow their children in public naked??

Now ive seen everything. I figured tourist did it just to be "free and on vacation", but gurl.

We kinda have a no no in regards to public nudity, which includes Men without shirts(except for at their homes or the beach) and children(except at home or bathrooms with their parent/guardian).

My mind can't fathom it lol. I get why its suppose to be funny, but I can't help think she needs some clothes :/
