Ok so the other 2 attempts have been COMPLETE failures.
So far I've done 3-4 things wrong with this one.
Because the instructions where absolute crap I ended up putting everything for the filling in at once, and later realized I needed to continuously stir it as the bottom of my pan is now brown, and it rather stinks!
The Meringue, I even brought a hand whisk for this, and I'm now typing with 1 hand
, I ended up attatching the whisk to my drill which was rather entertaining, the laptop is now covered in egg whites , but the drill died so it was still rather runny still.
Oh well can't be any worse than the others (I hope).
