when a sex drive becomes an obsession it is indeed dysfunctional.

So, at what point is one's sex drive does it become an obsession? What about abstinence?

Likewise extremes probably aren't a good thing and both could be a sign of a problem, whether it is physical health or mental health. At what point is it a problem? I went without sex for over 2 years in a relationship, I think that was a problem in that relationship.
