Yes, I started being more about it at 33 after my grandmother and family matriarch passed. Somehow it relieved some pressure that I didn't think I felt up til then. I thought of myself as very independent and willing g to challenge everything but I realized how many taboos I lived under, and I have been more free to question everything and simply do what I want since then.
