I'll also add that you want to save money on not having to buy SSL certs for your website you can use a certificate from letsencrypt.org and get a free SSL certificate. They do expire every 90 days but does look like you can setup a cron job to automatically get a new certificate and install it.

With that, I am happy to say that all 3 websites I deal with now have SSL, which makes me feel much better.
