Chest workout

I have been doing push-ups and all sorts of workouts, and still I have not seent the results I want. Does anyone have any hints or tips for the chest area? I have good arms, waist and lower body. It's just my stupid chest that doesn't seem to want to cooperate.

I empathise with that. My chest is reluctant to grow too and comparatively weak compared to other muscle groups.

Im currently experimenting with lower weights, high reps as opposed to my usual high weight, low rep program.

The trick is to do both. on certain days plan to do high weight and low rep but make sure to give recovery time between them. on the off days focus on other muscle groups but still do chest with high rep exercises

Hmm, will give that a try, have previously been cycling 6 week programs.

just do 1 day for the chest and the trizeps!

5x5 bench
3x12 flys
3x10 crossovers
3x12 dips

+arms

and your chest will explode!

Haha aww marsh workin out is so much fun though! But i think everybody's different and every body's different so ya just gotta try everything and find what works best for you
