As MisterTinkles says, you need to be much more specific. Is the photo in your camera or on your computer? Where do you want to put it? Give details.

If you only want to post to a forum you can simply right click any photo on the web and select "copy image location" and paste that into the dialogue box found in the forum thread by clicking the little "mountain landscape" picture icon button on the control tool bar.
