If you hate doing dishes as much as me, try this

Boil water in a medium pot

Use a good quality quart size zip-lock ( the brand name zip-lock works 100%, others go funny) plastic bag, and break 2 eggs into it.

You can add cheeze / fine chopped smoked or processed meats / anything you fancy /
Flavor with salt, pepper or a sprinke of peri-peri powder

Scrunch the eggs & whatever until white & yellow mixed up

Squash all the air out of the bag, and seal bag.

Put into boiling water and clip with a clothing peg on the side.

rotate pot

repeat for 2nd one

15min later the first one ready

Take out your pie shaped omelette, allow to cool and gobble out of the bag

Eat all your egg pies

Use water for coffee (don't) use it all)

Drink coffee, rinse cup with remaining water

Empty pot

Put pot back

finished!
