I little more info here:

In English gay-friendly seaside town Brighton, naive Nathan's reconstituted family is fatally dysfunctional inc chief of both females. His wife, selfish Stella, cares neither for him, nor for their (step)children. Matt is too young for sexual frustrations, so he goes trough bizarre fantasy phases when he senses unhealthy tension. Big sister Kim, a sexually frustrated nerdy virgin, has a crush on shameless super-sassy slut Sugar, yet refuses to give in to it enough to enjoy lesbianism or to remove the temptation from her life, so she becomes Sugar's loyal devotee and jealous partner in crime. Written by KGF Vissers

I enjoyed Sugar Rush when it was shown on television first time round. I felt intrigued because a friend of mine wrote some of the episodes, but it was worth a look.
