large breasts, just larger than they are now, lol. is there something

You usually need a psychiatrist to prescribe hormones, which can make a small difference. Or you can go to a plastic surgeon for implants. However, it is unlikely anyone will provide these unless you are serious about gender re-assignment.

Okay are we talking man boobs like this:

Or a more defined chest like this?:

The first requires either serious weight gain, or female hormones. The second requires building your pectoral muscles more than your abs.

Are you transitioning or do you mean pecs? If you're transitioning, there are hormone pills for that. You need to read up on them though and make sure they're good. If you mean pecs, there's 10000+ videos of how to get them on the internet lol.

transitioning is a big word, lol. but i think that's what i
want. i know it's a no-turning-back thing. the man boobs
i got, but i want more. i wear a bra except at work and
it helps with shaping and all that, but it would be nice
to have a bit more to work with.

Then that has to be done under medical supervision, with hormone treatment. There isn't anything you can do that doesn't require a doctor.

Who in hell's name would want pecs like that? Sorry, but that's just gross, IMO. Like breasts, only harder.
