Saturdays and (pick one):
- waking up at 5am for no reason and being unable to get back to sleep so you watch TV for two hours to fall asleep again only to wake up again with sleep paralysis then fall asleep, wake up again and you’ve wasted half the morning - going into town to pick up something, only everyone seems to want to walk as close as possible to you and/or divert themselves to start walking directly into you - coming home from town to discover a flooded kitchen -going upstairs quickly, being cold so just quickly going under the duvet to warm up, to then wake up two hours later and discover you’ve wasted even more of your weekend and have that weird too-long-nap feeling
Gossip is the Devil’s telephone; best just to hang up.
