NEITHER! I like my things fully cooked...
(part of what I do in work involves 15 pathogenic bacteria usually present in the food industry, trying to target experimental antimicrobial peptides against them...I'm not about Escherichia nor Salmonella nor Listeria get to me because I eat that one piece of uncooked meat that was infected...with my luck I'll probably will)
Anyway...salt water fish or fresh water fish?
