stay away from computer, phones or anything has a screen .
when I was in my senior year, I was like staying up every single night to study for the entrance exam and later I got used to it, too hard to sleep before 4AM, I tried eveything but still had insomnia.
I don't like using pills or anything, those are not good for my brain.
But I put the earphones on, tried to close my eyes even if the sleep wouldn't come.
There were only songs in my head, no other thoughts.
I always fall asleep before the 10th song.
Try thissss , trust me, I think the key is that we think too much when we're on bed, just listen to songs, even metal could make you fall asleep.
